Why it’s time to future-proof your business with MACH technology

The Splendid UNLIMITED team attended Contentful's Fast Forward Roadshow 2022. The event was hosted by a panel of experts who shared insights about content management solutions through keynotes and live product demos. During the event, Chris Marsh, Executive Creative Director at Splendid and Claire Ford, Events Manager at BMW of UK, discussed how migrating to a new platform provided a stronger user experience for BMW, customers, and retailers.
The Splendid experience design team have been working with BMW since 2020, where they were given the challenge of reinventing the digital gateway between a customer and the retailer within the car showroom. BMW’s online network spans multiple retailer websites, all of which are important for the overall buyer’s journey and guiding customers towards booking a test drive.
