We worked with BT business to create innovative new digital products to offer and support their customers. Our 2 year engagement involved developing new propositions to entice customers to BT business. This included creating a state of the art North Star vision to articulate new and innovative ways for small/medium businesses to connect better on the go.

We worked with their digital teams to develop a new digital product strategy during a turbulent period of business change. Development of digital propositions, driven by research with BT Business’ customers designed to enable businesses to be more connected within their own operations.
Mobile App that allows users to work from anywhere by enabling teams to stay more connected, focused and productive while working from home and/or on-the-go. It allows users to make and receive calls, view their call history, chat with colleagues using Instant Messaging and Presence, access contacts and control frequently used features.
Desktop App that allows users to seamlessly pivot between working from the office to working from home. The desktop app offers all of the same features as the mobile app including receiving calls, Instant Messaging, access to contacts and control of frequently used features.
